       Friend of mine has a master in economics from US. He asked me to
ask you, if he could obtain and make his doctoral research programme in
economics while he is here not in US. To save money and not lose his job
here. He can not stay in US for years, but he could go to US once a year
for 30 days. Can you give names and address of Universities over such a
