Yep, a voice caller or worse . . .  In all the time I have run a BBS and
with the variety of modems I have used I have had occasional incidences of
the above.  It is almost always some modem newbie fucking around with their
new modem and some dead shit WinTerminal software.  Eventually they get it
right, manage to connect, and then tell me how much trouble they have had
setting up their system.
