I think they could reopen, a consignment store did, but won't until the end

Exactly. State rules.  There was another one today; I couldn't get in until
1PM. It was dead quiet by then; as usual everyone wanted in first thing.  I
would have too if I hadn't found the estate sale at 1AM and you had to call
in to get a place in line.
