most of the upper levels of management of large companies are on incentive
schemes. the most visible would be bob joss who stands to make millions if
westpac shares top a certain price. like i say, if you have talent, you
negotiate a deal that rewards it. obviously you have never had any talent
to negotiate with otherwise you would know that.
