The rules as posted. And yes, I have probably been off topic 2-3x in the last
4 months or so. And I have not raised the issue on a lot of "political posts"
figuring most people had to "vent their frustrations" and that the posts were
a 1 time thing. So I believe I am pretty flexible in the rules and I don't
come down on people for being off-topic unless it is consistant and constant.

And any time someone else wants to take over the position - put it to the
vote of the MAIN users here. (not a stacked deck of those who rarely post or
use the system).
Of course make sure the "new" moderator has fidonet access and knows what
they have to do with the Elist and all the other releated things that must be
known and done that aren't so evident.
