Had missed seeing you around, either in Email or here in Fidonet.  Am
hoping someone can figure out why either the Prism BBS site's fidonet relay
software makes copies of my messages, or other people's telnet programs. 
Last time I posted a message here last month, it made two extra copies. 
Today I see that George Pope also had his mail copied similarly.  So at
least I'm not the only one who generates duplicates .

If you want to resubscribe to LordNews List, Bobby (and anyone else), you
will need to do so via the Castle Camelot Lord Links page's HTML form - or
via email.  Directions for doing latter are listed in each of the Lord
Newsletters.  To make long story short, last year when Shannon Talley got
home from naval duty, we changed the LordNews List, and LadyScripts List to
require subscription confirmation.  It is quick and has to date prevented
any spammers from showing up in my mailing lists.

BTW, if your mail is anything like mine, I'll bet that over half of what
you had Earthlink dispose of was spam.  If we all could get a dollar per
spam message we get, we would all be quite rich .

The CAN-SPAM ACT just doesn't work very well I've decided personally, since
the amount of SPAM I get each week has not gone down much. However, CNN and
other news sources indicate that some major spammers are in court charged
with violations of CAN-SPAM.  So perhaps it is  helping a little bit.
