When Royce Norman and Lefty Gardner and the rest of the GOB's first
started the COnfederate Airforce, they got in BAD trouble several times
by dogfighting the P-51 and the P-38 down over Mexico.  Royce told the
tale of buzzing the little tar paper shacks down near Progresso so low
it peeled the tar paper off some of the roofs.  Boy, it was wild and
wooly in The Valley in those days!
