The "!" means *lock* the connection rate (accept no substitutes),
while the "ATB" numbers determine the originating connection rate
(and answering if you're accepting calls). You generally don't need to
play with this, but it's there for fine tuning in case you need it.
The table from my EPROM help screen is (small formatting mods to fit screen
and no wrap):
