As you can see, the file was uncompressed text, so that CPS rate is the
BTLZ talking through LAPM's hat. I've had three 28,800bps connections
since then (one to whatever IBM is running on their OS/2 Support bboard,
and two to the AscendMAX boxes run by Labtam), all other calls have been to
your USR (26.4Kbps) or to M7F ProRack modems (14.4Kbps).
