What happened was the North invaded the South, the yanks hopped in
and got slaughtered, the North almost took over the whole of Korea,
then the UN reinforcements came in and drove the North right back,
so that the South had almost taken over the whole of Korea, then
the Chinese came in, and drove our forces back down again.  They
stopped at the halfway mark when the US threatened to go nuclear.
