I assume it is sitting at FTP.MICROSOFT.COM somewhere.  Besides, you're
only about a half hour away from me by car.  The toll charges would not
exceed 50 cents for me to send you a megabyte of data at 28.8 kbps, or I
could ship it over to Chris Griffin at NWORKS.COM for you to pick up
