Yes, she passed away on January 2nd after a long battle with cancer,
aged 80.  I remember her as private eye "Honey West".  The series only
lasted one season, but it won a Golden Globe (she was nominated for an
Emmy) and the merchandise that came out of the show rivaled the James
Bond and "Man from U.N.C.L.E." stuff in the Sears Wish Book for 1965.
I didn't realize until I read her obituary that she was born in the
town where I grew up, Ossining, NY.  (Yes, Dan Draper's home on "Mad
Men" is a real place.)
She always seemed like a gracious and classy lady and she will surely
be missed.
