there's only one Marc in fidonet these days... he is an RC whereas i'm the

i don't know what software he is using... i do know that he is on OS/2 eCS,
though... whatever the solution is, it is best run on the inbound traffic and
not on the message bases after the fact... especially since the messages may be
posted to other systems before they are removed from the local bases...
