1987 it has been the property of Constellation Brands, which continues
to license the Manischewitz name from R.A.B. Foods. The Winery was

Title: Asian Chicken Noodle Soup

Yield: 16 Cups
2 tb Extra virgin olive oil
3 Cubes Dorot Crushed Garlic
2 c Peeled, thin sliced carrots
1 tb Chopped fresh ginger
63 oz (6 cans)Manischewitz Chicken
- Broth
6 oz Fresh shiitake mushrooms;
- stemmed, thin sliced
2 Heads baby bok choy; chopped
4 c Manischewitz Passover Gold
- Wide Egg Noodles
Salt & pepper
1 bn Green onions; white parts
- only, sliced
4 c Shredded Wegmans Plain
- Kosher Rotisserie Chicken
1 tb Fresh chopped fresh cilantro

3 Cubes Dorot Crushed Cilantro
Heat oil in pan on HIGH until oil faintly smokes. (If
oil smokes too much, pan is too hot.)
Add garlic and carrots; stir fry 2 min.
Add ginger and broth; bring to simmer.
Add mushrooms and bok choy; simmer 3 min, until
vegetables are tender.
Add noodles; boil 6-8 min. Season with salt & pepper.
Mix in green onions, chicken, and cilantro.
Bring to simmer.
