Ok........lets go with this `exactly what it is' scenario for a short
distance.


First of all....I'd have to know exactly what your medical degree is in. Are
you an MD with a specialty in psychiatry? On what do you base your `medical
diagnosis? How long have you been treating Sauer for this mental illness of
his?

Secondly....that wasn't any `diversion', its a pretty scary situation. A
mentally ill individual who is subject to the bouts of rage Sauer has many
times demonstrated in the past, in possession of several firearms is a
dangerous situation.


Being the upright, law-abiding individual you always claim you are....you
should be greatly concerned with that.


If Sauer is, in fact, `mentally ill' (as you are now claiming), lets see him
gotten into a closely supervised treatment program of some sort.


But *FIRST*.....he needs to be seperated from the four firearms he has in his
possession. Firearms and `mental defectives' are a volatile mixture, as some
of the school shootings in recent years has demonstrated.


A `mentally ill' person is forbidden by federal and most state laws from
owning and\or possessing firearms.


If...as *you* now claim, Sauer is `mentally ill', for him to be in possession
of any firearms is a felony. It was several years ago that Sauer revealed he
owned four firearms, and just around that same time he also claimed he
suffered from a `mental illness'.


By so doing, Sauer (without meaning to, I'm sure) also revealed that he is
guilty of knowingly committing a felony: unlawful ownership and possession of
firearms.


You can't have it both ways........and neither can he. He is either `not'
mentally ill, and is only a lying braggart who happens to also own four
firearms;


Or....he is in fact mentally ill, and is knowingly committing a felony by
unlawfully possessing four firearms.


Not only that......if he purchased one or more of these firearms when he
*knew* he was mentally ill, that means he falsified at least one and maybe
`all' of the firearms declarations he made out at the time of purchase.


One of the specific questions on that declaration document openly asks if you
suffer from a mental illness. In order to purchase and take possession of
afirearm, Sauer would have had to state `NO' to that question; knowing that
was false. Which makes the document a deliberate falsification on his part: a
felony.


Diversion? Not hardly. You can't have it both ways: Either Sauer is a
deliberately provocative, lying braggart, whos every claim and statement is a
lie......or Sauer is mentally ill, and feloniously purchased, owns, and is in
possession of firearms, unlawfully.
