Obviously PMSHAPI must be available -- I haven't bothered responding to the
people who said I was wrong because they booted off the install diskette
and got "can't load pmshapi" --- this isn't what I said would
work.

As for PM not being initialized (in other words,  booting up to a full
TSHELL install,  or a full "protshell=cmd.exe" install),  this
used to work.  If it doesn't work anymore,  than I am wrong.
