  Of course he will. My homicide figures include murder, attempted
murder, and unlawful killing but exclude manslaughter arising from
traffic accidents. The law is specific in how it defines homicide,
even if Rod is not. What figures does he use to claim that the
homicide rate has doubled in 25 years but murder has stayed the same?

  See above. They include attempted murder but exclude traffic
accidents where there was no intent. I suppose Rod will now claim that
people are only half as good murderers than they used to be, and miss
more. I really don't care what he says.
