OK, I wasn't aware of that little tidbit...

Judging by the origins of both nations, each was doing their best 
to live up to their reputations.  To an extent, it's just all too 
appropriate.  Australia's only problem was that they built their 
boat first, allowing the US to do a better job at rule bending to 
beat what they already knew that had to beat.
