And if so, what happens to it then? Ralphey (that's me) grabs EVERYTHING he can off the Internet. I have about 100 Meg of 64/128 stuff on my work machine! I've offered to upload it to wherever people like, but so far nobody has shown more than passing interest. I'm slowly taking it home on 3.5" IBM disks, copying it across from the laptop to the desktop, the onto 5.25" IBM disks, then use BBR to put it onto the 8050! > I do believe we run a risk of losing the few C= support bbs's we have > here in Oz if they are not utilised more. Okay. There was a recent announcement in comp.sys.cbm about a site that holds a LOT of demo stuff. I've grabbed it all (over 10 Meg). I'm happy to upload it to ANY board - but it would be a huge mess to sort out as single files. What would be preferable is to put it into some sort of archive for uploading (unix tar file would be best!!! :). Some things to note - some of the file names are not the IBM 8.3 standard :) Also, there's quite a layered structure of demos, so the best way to (initially) get them is in this structure (PKZIP supports directory structures, but not long file names). Anybody who wants them - talk to me! :) --- FMail 0.94* Origin: A pointed message from Ralphey!
