In C, use the signal() function to set handlers for SIGBREAK (Ctrl-Break),
SIGINT (Ctrl-C), SIGTERM (DosKillProcess).  The C run-time library will
eventually call the OS/2 API DosSetExceptionHandler(), but you should not
call that directly from C because it requires special set up.
