Heheheheh! I am 1st generation Latvian-Canadian. Born in Canada. But using this
technology I hop to Finland (Rampton Birds' Box BBS), traverse to Italy (Veleno

in Texas USA (End Of The Line BBS), stick my neck out in Frankfort KY USA

We really should be avoiding processed sugar.

I threw out all my sugar (over 10kg of it in various forms) about 4 years ago.
