Nothing special about them wrt booting.  Just more of the same.  :-)

Other then the choice of packages, a custom package installer, and possibly
the init scripts there isn't really any difference.  Most, if not all,
small rootfs's use busybox as the core application.  ttylinux is no
exception there.
