Dunno, plenty dont kill themselves, most obviously serial killers.
We really havent made to much progress in understanding them tho.

Apart from the rather obvious point that they clearly dont give a
damn about those they kill, and its primarily just the risk of getting
caught that has any real effect on the detail of their behaviour.
