 In March, the cable company here made The Disney Channel part of its
 basic package instead of having it be a "premium" channel.  It's nice
 to be able to watch it without having to pay extra for it.
 My wife and i seem to like it better than my six-year old son does.
... The young know the rules...the old know the exceptions.
