MessageDlg is not a Windows Standard Dialog, although it no doubt ultimately
calls down to that. The source code for MessageDlg is included in the
Borland VCL source code for Delphi 1.0. They are kind enough to provide the
source code with button and caption labelling in English, French, and
German. Problem is, you can only compile one at a time, so your program can
not change language dynamically.
