There are 32-bit wrappers for these functions available on the Devcon
CD's.  Don't know if there will ever be a native version.  In any case,
there isn't much reason not to use the 16 bit calls, they work well.

I got my info from the IBM OS/2 games page at
http://www.austin.ibm.com/os2games but I believe it is part of the game
developer toolkit which is on Devcon.
