   When we started this process almost two years ago, there were 65
   RC's.  Now there are (according to FidoNews) only 59.  If that count
   is accurate the number of RC's required by policy to officially
   request a referendum is now 30.  I believe that Ward has received
   such a request from 15 or more so far.
