That'll work for me; we had a lot of rain last week but very few
thunderstorms. Had high wind warnings and a possible tornado warning
south of us on Friday but I don't think anything developed from it.

I presume you're mixing it with regular flour, not using it "straight"?
Some time ago Steve bought small amounts of various gluten free flours
from our grain supplier; he used them for a bit but now there are
smaller amounts that need using up. I'll probably pull them out and mix
with regular (either winter or spring wheat flours) in various things.
Might get some interesting results. (G)
