DosAllocMem does ONLY allocate memory this way. (except YOU allocate 200K
in one block). (this is an OS/2 restriction. originals it was designed that
you have to tell OS/2 that memory is allocated as TILED memory, but in
reality OS/2 allocates ONLY tiled memory).

(a side effect is, that each call to DosAllocMem allocates 64K and NOT the
designed 4K of address Space).
