subject: Converting infix to postfix

Hello !

I know this is (partially) off topic, but it is for an OS/2 program and I
would not know where else to go, since all programmers areas have some
extra topic, next to just programming.

I am looking for some routine that (helps me or does itself) converts
infix-math-expressions to postfix-math-expressions.

If anybody knows a goed book on expression evaluation, I would like to know
that too. Little problem is the fact that I use pascal, but I can read
C(++) code.

The expression I want to get to work first is:

 X*(X'*X)^(-1)*X'*y

Yes, it is regression, but don't mind that. I know it has to be converted to:

 X X ' X * -1 ^ X * y *

(for example) but now I need to write the translation-routine. So if any of
you could give me some hints on how to, I would grately appreciate it.

Bye, Erik!
