I like the idea of an echolist independent of any one distribution method -
NAB, othernets, a loose confederation of sysops in Z1, Z2, NAB, whoever.
Establishing a list where the list is managed and not *owned* by the curator is
the challenge, IMO. It could be too tempting to use management of the list as a
power-grab.
