Although I did not own it, do you remember the Ramada Inn, on
James Robertson Parkway downtown?  I used to do quite a bit of
the hiring down there, for a number of positions.  
I actively sought out people in rehab shelters, homeless shelters,
etc.  
I recall, one of them lasted over 90 days.
