  In fact, I quoted the parameter as well (Rod conveniently left it
out): "Homicides reported or becoming known to police." In fact there
is no such thing as Murder in Law; it's homicide. I'd like to know
where Rod got his statistics on something that does not exist.

  As I said, he keeps stating his bullshit assertion: "the murder rate
has not changed in 50 years," and it is complete crap according to
the Commonwealth Statistician. Perhaps Rod consults a higher source:
his dog. Shroedinger had his cat and Rod has his fucking dog: both 
mysteries unable to be tested.
