Someone from CERN wrote a ftp library, with which it is not hard to build a
server around. I wrote some commandline ftp utilities with ~50 lines own
code (after having ported it to OS/2). Then there is penguin ftpd, and I
guess there's wu-ftpd for OS/2 already ported. If not, I will have a look
at it :-)
