Yes, Bob, it is a lovely picture.
In fact I said it is doubly beautiful because it contains two major
elements - the mountains and the flowers...
Both are beautiful.

Generally speaking, in graphics composition as well as in sentence
structure, it is considered normal to have a principal subject and a
supporting subject.
Since the flowers seemed to be in sharper focus, I chose them as the
dominant subject, and scale down the mountain slope a bit to de-emphasis it.
But there are no cut and fast rules... that's why photography is so popular
and so enjoyable.

Take a look at mine and you'll find I don't follow fast rules. Please see my
message to Karen for the RUL.
