While the message may be off topic (concerning the Henderson Mayor request) I 
have posted it in the hopes that citizen involvment may persuade the gov't of 
Henderson to make freely and cheaply available access to governmental papers, 
filings and documents.
And of course I am the moderator!
I would hope that others may use the FOIA to receive information by way of 
the federal gov't on topics they may be interested in. This is one of the 
most important laws (IMHO) that the federal gov't has ever passed.
