  You cannot easily edit CONFIG.SYS from a batch file, whereas you *can*
  add entries to OS2.INI from a batch file :

    /* ... lots of setup stuff and command line parsing ... */

    'XCOPY '||SourceDir||' '||TargetDir

    /* Save the location of the INI file in OS2.INI and put   */
    /* the default setup information in the private INI file. */
