We're in Phase One of reopening here... which, here, is construction,
manufacturing, retail - delivery and curbside pickup (for the
non-essential businesses), wholesale trade and various agriculture and
forestry..... and the further breakdown of retail does include "used
merchandise stores", so the charity thrifts as well.... We shall see how
things go.... :)
