 use the word "plagiarism", then it is the accusers duty to prove
 what I did say met the legal definition of plagiarism.

 It doesn't. As I have posted the definition, from Blacks Law
 Dictionary, and nothing I said met the standard for an
 accusation of plagiarism.

 So, the burden of proof is on you, and you fail to meet it.
