Hi Dewayne!
Thanks for the post. It is getting to be pretty much universal that folks
want a Car Audio area to be set up.for that discussion. The only ones that
are having a problem with this so far is those that would most like use it,
with claims that we are trying to stick our noses in the air.

I did the same thing using an inverter in the car because there just wasn't
anything worthwhile to install then except for something with the name Delco
on it!

It's true that most of the muscle cars of that era could go like a bat out of
hell but Detroit forgot that occasionally cars turn in real life, not like on
the drag strips of small town America of that era. Ever since the gas crunch
in 1973, most can't afford gas guzzlers, so now they spend the savings in car
stereo, give the ego something to gloat about in public since fast cars
aren't that cool any more.
We could take that analogy many places, and it fits.. like comparing a
Class AB amp to a class A tube amp, never a sweeter sound has been heard than
those little inefficient amps as opposed to those giant LOUD but distorted
monsters out there.
