I'm doing this exact same thing.  It works great.  Don't know how I did
it though.   I somehow stumbled onto a feature of Warp 4 called "OS/2
Peer".  If you install support for this and fire it up, your two
machines should talk to each other.
Sorry I can't offer more info, I only installed Warp 4 two days ago.
