No your opinion whether NORML truly wants reform. I don't know of anythng 
(save Clinton, Mena and some other things) where money flow is not a problem.

Your twisting words here - acts of God or acts of man have no relation to 
each other in this matter. If an act of God or an act of man results in a 
problem which someone tries to cure, change or learn about both are problems. 
It doesn't matter if a hurricane cause a problem with society or a garbage 
dump does - both pose problems which society tries to deal with.

More than 20 years - however you are equating ignorance and coporate 
interests and the fact that things aren't done quickly enough with inaction.
If you feel NORML is doing nothing then take it up with NORML - debating this 
with me does NOTHING! I cannot control Congress, NORML and your opinions.
