I totally agree with you on this.  The car audio discussion has become the
major theme here lately, and is dominating the conversation. I'd like to 
see a seperate echo, and will carry it here and enocorage others to pick it 
p
as soon as it is available. I also strongly support returning this echo to
serious audio discussion.

If I can be of any assistance with the backbone process, let me know. The
Region 16 REC is a good friend, and I'm sure he will be glad to assist in
getting the new echo backboned. I'll request it as soon as it is E-listed,

ask the REC to request it for the backbone. I'll also netmail area sysops and
encourage distribution in R16. Mobile sound is very big in this area, and
there should be plenty of demand for such a conference.
