Hello Phil Replying to a message of Phil Crown to James Laine: PC> You may also want to get a good book, I recommend "OS/2 Presentation PC> Manager Programming" by Petzold. This is a good book for beginners. PC> Real World Programming is also another good book, but can be a bit PC> heavy for the beginner. I started learning last night. I got my local library to get a copy of "Real World..." so I'd get a couple of weeks to see if this is the right book for me to buy. I started reading it last night - it does get very detailed very quickly. When starting something completely new, it's impossible to judge what's really important and what can be skipped. I'll have a look at the example you posted - maybe it'll give me a kick-start.
