Dear all,
 
In the meantime I have sent a netmail to all listed RC's and have heard
some grunts from people linking-up as a result. It seems there are people
in favour of the P4-change as well as there are people against. It doesn't
mean everybody received the communication though so an effort will be made
towards Fidonews and see if something can be put in-there as well.
 
Interesting times seem to lay ahead.
