Have you ever met a liberal with any conception of market
forces? Remember Dinken's solution to diminished revenue
from the New York subway system? He increased ticket
prices. Anyone familiar with market forces would have cut
prices to increase rider volume.
The Dufus honestly thinks raising the prices will
automatically result in increased income. Static analysis
once again.

Tobacco really isn't that profitable a black market
product. The price/volume ratio is too low. A $50 carton
gives a price/volume ration of about $.50 per cubic inch.
That's far less than the value of a cubic inch of crack or
heroin.
