BH> I saw that the Damark catalog had a generator for about $250 +/- and
I have a 4 kilowatt generator and it powers 2 large computers, 8 radios,
and 3 power units using about 120 amps. That one costs $450 at
K-mart. A small one with a price around $250 can power a small electric
space heater with no problems at all. Power inverters also work well
with 12 volt batteries. If I were going to use an inverter, I would
use at least 2 high-amp 12v batteries connected in parallel to each
other.(Positive connected to positive and negative connected to
negative.) That gives you more time before the batteries go dead.
The more juice your inverter handles, the faster the batteries are
going to run down, depending on what you are running from the
inverter.
If you are only going to run a space heater or two, a small generator
of about 500 watts would be all you need.
... The fecal material has hit the air circulating device.
