I guess I should have been more precise - I meant the NORML Fidonet dcho.
NORML has done quite a bit - lobbying, making correct information available 
etc. All with little money.....

Your opinion. You could say the same for cancer foundations and a host of 
other medical foundations which after hundreds of millions haven't come up 
witjh a cure for thier diseases.
