MP>How did the program keep track? Would you have sync run a bat file, and MP>vagabond's doorstat would be run in that batch file? Do you have an MP>example output / stat file that was generated by the program? Maybe MP>someone with a weekend to kill could kick out a clone. I had another utility enter information into a logfile, which DoorStat read. But, for whatever reason, the file (even when manually created) would not be read by it anymore. In looking though my files area, I found the Door Fury program from Nannette Thacker (Shining Star Software)...while she is no longer issuing updates, one can register all of her doors for $10 from her website (I forget the URL offhand). With some batchfile workarounds, I set the user to the doors as "Bbs User", in a batchfile that I called "doorcln.bat" for each of the doors. Where the DOSFIX TSR was required, I had to put that in a batchfile called "door.bat" before running the door itself. I discovered that the old DreamWare doors by Andy Stewart fall into this category. To make a long story short, the door usage tally is working again...and it gives me a chance to add some more doors to the BBS. Thanks for the input, though.
