Everyone who was there at the time knows that you were lying then and that
you are still lying.  YOU made the false accusation, it was a defamatory
accusation at the time it was made, and you were given more than ample
opportunities to retract it or to support it.  You did neither.  You
repeatedly lied by claiming that you never made the accusation, even when
your own words were provided to you!  In fact, over the years, it is
amazing how many of your lies have been of that "I never said that" sort. 
Sauer lies about meteors he found and ministers he slapped and volcanoes he
witnessed and jets he saw crash.  Your lies tend to be last-resort attempts
to defend yourself via a coverup.  The lies just prove you are defenseless.
